Intern Readiness Workshop Brisbane 2026

It’s almost time to spread your wings! We are here to help prepare you for 2027

• Are you a final year medical student?
• Would you like help transitioning from student to intern?
• Want to learn how to mentally, financially and professionally look after yourself next year? 

AMA Queensland Committee of Doctors in Training (CDT), your future colleagues and industry experts are offering a workshop on the Gold Coast, Brisbane or Townsville to help prepare you for your internship and feel confident as you take the leap from student to medical practitioner. 

This is completely free event, so bring along a friend from your year (they can be a member or non-member) and join us for a fun, informative workshop! Program curated by the AMA Queensland CDT (coming soon). Includes complimentary food and drinks thanks to our sponsors.

Event times: 

• 4pm: Registration opens
• 4.30 - 6pm: Meet with exhibitors, networking, food and beverages
• 6 - 8pm: Presentations - 10 expert speakers
