Dinner for the Profession 2026

Theme: Enchanted forest

AMA Queensland invites you to the profession’s most anticipated black-tie gala of the year. A night where medicine, leadership and innovation come together in an immersive setting inspired by growth, renewal and possibility.

Be transported on an immersive journey with Master of Ceremonies Dr Chadden Hunter, moving from the wild landscapes of North Queensland to the iconic world of Sir David Attenborough’s wildlife storytelling.

This year’s theme, enchanted forest, celebrates the evolution of AMA Queensland and the medical profession, reflecting growth in business, innovation in care and the strength that comes from community.

For one magical evening, Blackbird Bar and Grill will be transformed into a captivating forest-inspired experience, set against sweeping river views and the glow of Brisbane’s city lights.
