AMA Queensland responds to proposed amendments to medicines regulations

Queensland Health has proposed amendments to medicines regulations for a range of policy goals, including to increase access to ADHD medications and to expand the medicines able to prescribed by different health practitioner groups. AMA Queensland has received different iterations of the proposal since 2024, and has made a submission to this latest consultation.
